Minster Leas is a comfortable, recently renovated base for beach days, family meals and relaxed evenings. The house sleeps up to six across three bedrooms and gives children their own entertainment space when the British weather remembers its contractual obligations.

The beach, promenade, local pubs and places to eat are close by, while the wider Isle of Sheppey and Kent coast are easy to explore by car.

Yes. There is space for up to three cars on the private driveway, and no permit is required.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. The house uses self check-in. Early check-in or late check-out may sometimes be possible by prior request.

How many people does the house sleep?

The house sleeps up to six guests across three upstairs bedrooms: one king bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds. The minimum stay is two nights.

How many bathrooms are there?

There is one family bathroom upstairs and an additional WC downstairs.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Is the house suitable for families?

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. The house has a games room, an enclosed garden and a travel cot. A high chair is not currently provided.

Is the garden enclosed?

Yes. The rear garden is enclosed and includes outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ. Guests need to provide their own BBQ fuel.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted at the property.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests may smoke outside.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes. Wi-Fi is included and has recently been tested at approximately 85 Mbps download and 70 Mbps upload, suitable for streaming, video calls and remote working.

What kitchen and laundry facilities are provided?

The kitchen includes a pod coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, cookware, crockery and cutlery. The house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Central heating is provided.

Is the property suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

The property is not considered suitable for guests with reduced mobility. There are three steps at the entrance, and all bedrooms and the main bathroom are upstairs.

How close are pubs, restaurants and shops?

The nearest pub and places to eat are around a five-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is approximately a ten-minute drive.

What public transport is nearby?

The nearest railway station is around ten minutes away by car. Sealine Taxis in Sheerness provides local taxi services.

How far is the house from London?

The journey is approximately one hour by car, depending on traffic and where in London you are travelling from.
